The Build

  • The Sandwich: Grab a few classic crispy chicken sandwiches from your favorite spot.

  • The Topping: A thick, cold scoop of sharp pimento cheese.

  • The Finish: A generous drizzle of hot honey.

The Melt

  1. Prep: Take the top bun off your sandwich.

  2. Load: Dollop a big scoop of Red Clay pimento cheese onto the warm chicken fillet.

  3. The Magic: Slide the sandwich (keep that top bun off for now!) into the air fryer at 350°F for 30 to 60 seconds. This creates that perfect, "gourmet" melt where the cheese gets gooey but keeps its soul.

  4. Drizzle & Serve: Take it out, drizzle with hot honey, pop the bun back on. Serve HOT.
