Our mission is to create delicious, unique, uncluttered food that brings people together, and that you can feel good about eating.

MEET WHAT MAKES US

The creameries that we partner with were chosen for the flavor and texture of their cheese, as well as for their “cows-first” policies. Each cheese is growth hormone-free, precisely aged and naturally smoked.

Our best quality is the freshness! We use NC-grown jalapeños and banana peppers that are roasted and processed by hand.

Our non-GMO, cage-free egg mayo is made weekly and used sparingly. We don’t add ANY artificial preservatives, and our Sriracha sauce is certified organic.

The texture and flavor of our pimiento cheese is the product of too many years enduring unappetizing pimento cheese spreads. There must be a better way to do this! History is usually the best teacher. Sharp cheddar cheese, high quality ingredients and farm fresh flavor!

Red Clay began with small batches made for customers heading to the lake, beach or a family get together. As things progressed the batches got bigger and bigger! Michele and Lance love to entertain and our greatest joy is seeing folks enjoying our pimiento cheese and sharing it with their family.

They dug their heels and started to build a company with a hope and a few bucks. Red Clay grew and we learned a lot along the way. Now we are very happy to send our pimiento cheese to more people than we ever thought imaginable.
